  • We are open Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm + Saturday and Sunday from 8am-4pm. We are closed daily for lunch from 12-1pm.

  • There are two ways to book appointments. Based on your preference, you can either call us at 443-339-9713 or visit our website’s testing services page: https://www.shoreintegrativehealth.com/covid19-test-services

  • All of our services are currently self-pay. We do accept payment from HSA and FSA cards which are associated with some insurance plans.

    For testing services, we are able to provide you with a form that you can use to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many of our patients have success with being partially and even fully reimbursed depending on the health plan.

  • YES! We would be happy to provide you with proper documentation to submit testing services to your insurance. Please contact us at 443-339-9713 or email lab@shoreintegrativehealth.com to get this process started.

  • For immediate attention during business hours, please call us at 443-339-9713. For non-urgent matters, you can also email us at lab@shoreintegrativehealth.com. We try to respond to emails daily; however, please allow 48 business hours for responses via email.

  • Yes we do! We offer a variety of travel tests to meet your travel needs. Before booking your appointment, double-check which test is required for your travel destination. If you need help checking which test is required you can call us at 443-339-9713 and we will be happy to find out for you.

  • We do offer “real-time PCR” testing. To book this specific test, please call us at 443-339-9713.

  • Yes, we provide documentation via our HIPAA compliant patient portal within 2 hours after your sample collection. You’ll be able to download, print and export your results. We also provide a printed copy of your certified documentation with our official lab seal and stamp upon request.

    3. When you book an appointment, the creation of your portal is automatically started. You simply have to activate your account to gain access. Once in the portal, you can view everything you do with us from receipts, to results, and even communicate via private chat.

  • There are few ways to book an appointment.

    3. If you have used our services before and already have an account with us you can book an appointment directly from your patient portal homepage.

    4. If internet and phone access is limited we do accept walk-ins during normal business hours.

  • We are a CLIA certified laboratory and the tests we provide are accepted for international and domestic travel, as well as use for cruise ship travel.

  • Yes, we are a CLIA certified laboratory and the tests we provide are accepted for cruise ship travel. We ask that you confirm which test your cruise line will be requiring before booking your appointment. Please call 443-339-9713 with any questions.

    1. Call us at 443-339-9713 to request a “superbill”. If we are unable to answer your call please leave a detailed message with your name, date of birth and call back number, requesting a superbill. Your superbill will include the necessary documentation to submit your claim.

    2. If you are unable to call us please feel free to email lab@shoreintegrativehealth.com and request a superbill this way. Please include your name and date of birth in your email.

    1. The first step is to activate your account. If you haven’t done this yet, then start by going to the very first email you received from us when you booked your appointment. It likely came from “Dr. Kristin Tallent”. Double check your spam.

    2. Once you’re in the portal, go to the drop down menu (if you’re on a mobile device) or go to the menu on the left (if you’re on a desktop/laptop device) and click “Session Notes”.

    3. Click “View” next to your results document. Note: Be sure to choose the results representing the correct date if you’ve tested with us multiple times.

  • We do not bill insurance directly but by request we will happily provide you with a form to use to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Many of our patients have success with getting partially and even fully reimbursed. Additionally, we process all tests in house so typically you will receive your results within 1 hour.

  • We are not currently offering antibody injections or treatments for COVID-19.

  • QR codes are available upon request for a $25.00 fee.

  • No, we are not affiliated with a medical system of any kind; we are a privately owned wellness clinic and CLIA laboratory.

    1. Antigen test - This is frequently referred to as a “rapid test”. This test detects protein fragments specific to the Coronavirus.

    2. PCR test - PCR testing is considered the “gold standard” in SARS-CoV-2 detection. This test actually detects RNA (or genetic material) that is specific to the virus and can detect the virus within days of infection, even in those who have no symptoms.

  • PCR tests tend to be more reliable than rapid antigen tests; however, it varies by manufacturer. PCR testing is considered the “gold standard” in SARS-CoV-2 detection. The tests we offer at Shore Integrative Health are the most reliable and accurate tests that we can physically purchase.

  • The rapid COVID-19 antigen test has the fastest turn around time out of the testing services that we offer; however, you typically will have your test results within 1 hour for both antigen and PCR testing when you test with us at Shore Integrative Health. We process everything in house which allows for much faster turnaround time.

  • Typically it will take between 1-2 hours to receive your results. We process everything in house which allows for much faster turnaround time. We control every step of the process and do not outsource to outside laboratories or vendors.

  • Once we have your test results, we will give you a phone call. After the phone call, we will upload your test results to your patient portal where you can view and download the documentation. You will also receive an email including a link to the “notes” section in your patient portal to take you directly to your documentation.
