• What is an FSA or HSA card? How do I know if I have one?

  • A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) card is a way to set aside pre-tax money to pay for qualified medical expenses. It is something that you have depending on your insurance plan. If you have a high deductible insurance plan, you might have one. Typically, you would already know if you (or your employer) was contributing to an FSA or HSA card balance. If you have any questions about this, reach out to your employer’s HR department or the customer service number on the back of your insurance card.
